hello,

we are two young professionals in our twenties, one male and one female, looking for a third house mate in a centrally located 3 bed/2 bath condo near chinatown in oakland (9th and harrison). the condo is walking distance to bart (approx 4 blocks from 12th st bart and 3 blocks from lake merritt bart) and lake merritt and has easy access to all of the areas surrounding freeways.there are also bus lines on the block. this is a wonderful condo with updated appliances and hardwood floors throughout the shared areas. the bedrooms are carpeted and get plenty of light during the day and the living room has beautiful large windows that have great views of the tribune building and other parts of downtown oakland. the room is large enough for a king bed with two dressers and has its own private entrance through a back elevator/stair or you can use the normal front entrance.

the potential candidate must be clean and pet friendly as we have a small dog. utilities and internet all shared equally amongst house mates. we also will be sharing the cost of a leased stackable washer/dryer which will be in the unit (approx $20/mo per person). the move-in date will be dec. 1st when rent would be due along with a small deposit of $600.
