i am in a beautiful, vintage courtyard apartment building that is a 5 minute walk from the cta blue line. the apartment is spacious and fully furnished. a 24hr parking lot is available through the village of oak park, but a car is not necessary because the apartment is so close to cta trains and buses. i am an artist and musician and fell in love with oak park. there are tons of things to do and my apartment is just a block away from a bunch of shops, galleries and restaurants. this apartment would be especially great for students at uic, rush, dominican, or really any of the city schools because it is so close to public transportation. this apartment is in an ideal location for nurses, doctors, musicians, artists, and teachers as well. my roommate is moving out of state and our lease is up july 31st. this apartment is available starting august 1st. i will be interviewing all those who are interested. i am not opposed to living with a guy, but i would prefer a straight, female roommate between the ages of 22 and 30.
