i'm a 38 year old professional female.i am looking for a mature, goal-oriented roommate.i prefer a straight woman nonsmoker.
the apartment is a total of 1,100 square feet 2 bedrooms/1bathrooms. the bedroom for rent is pretty spacious-13’x 11’. the apartment has two balconies and is located close to downtown, mardi gras parades, second lines and public transportation.
the apartment is furnished and has cable, wireless internet, washer and dryer, central air and heat. there is currently a twin size bed, a night stand and a big closet in the room being rented. they can either stay or be removed upon request.
i am flexible with the lease, would like at least six months then month to month. i have two friendly gray short-haired green eyed tabby cats and a 4 year old rhodesian ridgeback playful puppy. so you must like cats and dogs as well.
the room is available beginning in july. there is a deposit of $650 (which can be paid over several months) and monthly payment due on the first of each month of $650 (which includes all utilities (water, electric, cable and internet).
