we have a half-empty newer mobile home and are looking for a housemate. rent of $120/week includes furnished private bedroom, your own bathroom (your own "wing" basically), limited indoor and shed storage, office/computer and wifi access, dish tv connection, off-street parking, open kitchen with shared cooking (if desired), and laundry. we're in o'fallon with easy access to highways 40/64 and 364, about a mile from lake st louis. we have a friendly dog (once she gets to know you), but no other pets are allowed with our current lease.

the whole house is 1216 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar/island, and the master suite is on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms and bathroom.

we're not neat freaks, but you must clean up after yourself. perfect for a college student or retired person. absolutely no drugs, no smoking, and no unauthorized parties. we will do a background check and require a security deposit and 2 weeks' rent upon move-in.
