near park and ride, walmart, sam’s club, heb, kroger’s, food town, cvs, walgreen's, walmart, kohl’s, target, and home depot. many fast food restaurants, other restaurants, shopping centers, about 10 minutes from the willow brook mall. easy access to 290, beltway 8, sam houston, and highway 6. the house is my home, you have use of common area living space upstairs, kitchen, i cleanup after myself and straighten up, you will also be expected to clean up after yourself, and keep the common areas, laundry room clean and neat.

i am a working professional, i expect responsible adult behavior and mutual consideration if you have guests i expect respect and courtesy towards other tenants. having someone spend the night occasionally is fine, but rooms are single occupancy. double occupancy is double the terms.
