my name is pero and my roommates name is janelle and we are both juniors at california state university northridge. i major in finance and janelle majors in biology. we are both african american females that are easy going, and have relaxed personalities. we are looking for a female roommate that has a fun easy going personality. the apartment stays clean and we ask the new incoming roommate does appreciate cleanliness, as much as we do. the apartment is located on lassen street between zelzah and white oak, it is a 2 minute drive to cal state nortridge and a 15 walk as well. rent is $634.00, keep in mind this is a very spacious apartment and you will have your own private room, private bathroom, and 2 closets(regular and walk in). the apartment as a whole is already fully furnished, the only room you would need to furnish would be your own room. all utilities are divided equally, which are ladwp(electricity and water), time warner cable(cable and high speed internet), ista(trash and sewage), and gas. all bills will range about $100 a month and is sometimes less since gas and ladwp is paid every other month. we are located on the first floor and have a big patio located right by the pool. in close proximity is the fitness room, rec room, laundry room and elevator. the room is available june 1st, 2012.
