the bedroom is a typical apartment bedroom with a good size closet. right now it is unfurnished, but, if need be, i can provide a dresser, color tv, dvd player, and brand new mattress for the bed. the rent will include electricity, internet service, and of course full kitchen priveleges (you will need to buy your own groceries). the only additional bill you would pay is if you wanted cable at which point we could discuss splitting the cost of it. the area has lots of shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants around so everything is convenient. in addition, you would be about 5 minutes from i-271, 15 from brecksville and 30 from strongsville. you would be free to paint the room or do any decorating that you would like. if desired, i would be happy to install a locking doorknob. i will run a background and employment check on anyone that seems to be a good match. i don't really care about your credit, i just want to be sure that you don't have a criminal background and that you have a way to pay the rent. any questions, please feel free to email me. i am happy to work out any reasonable request. please contact me at northfieldapartment at gmail dot com. important please put "roommatelocator" in the subject line or it will be deleted.
