northeast raleigh room w/ private bathroom available as soon as possible. near to north wake tech campus, triangle mall, planet fitness, restaurants, rolesville and wake forest. it's a community watch neighborhood and we have at least three police officers near by, however, it is a very quiet place, so i feel very lucky and secure at my home. i have lived in my house for about 3 1/2 yrs and i need to save up money. my house is off of mitchell mill rd and watkins road. i work in a medical practice monday-friday 7:30a to 5p with wknds off. i am very laid back, like to enjoy family and friends but keep it very low on weeknights. not a party animal, i do enjoy going out from time to time, meeting new people, eating healthy, working out and anything else that involves outdoor activities. i am 28 yo and looking for someone with very similar lifestyle, a professional between the ages of 25 and 35 yo, female only, no smokers, no party animals, someone who will respect my house and me, who has a steady income and pays rent on time (1st of each month). the $550 monthly includes : internet, rent, water and electricity. i will need a $200 non-refundable deposit and work verification, personal references and a background check. contact me for further info. hope to find my perfect roommate match soon! :) thanks for reading.
