3501 knox ave north. you can look it up on zillow. there are some pic from when it was up for sale. it is clean now and only a 2 bedroom. i will be using the second floor and the garage. you will be getting 1 bedroom and sharing the rest of the house with me and another renter. ****rent includes all utilities.***** i am over 40 female and drama free. i am easy to get along with. i do have a boyfriend that may stay over from time to time. your space would have a locking door to keep others out.

rent includes all utilities unless you want upgraded cable or a cable box in your personal bedroom. i have adt security system, xfinity cable/wifi. there is a washer and dryer for you to use as well. you would have shared use of the rest of the house (living room, kitchen, dining room, front porch).
