i'm looking for a female to sublease a room in my 2/2 from may 1st through end of august. the room is the master and has a walk in closet + shoe closet, as well as a big master bathroom. the entire apartment is furnished and there is a brand new w/d in the unit. maintenance is on site if anything breaks, it is repaired day of for free. we also have pest control every tuesday. the apartment comes with plenty of parking spaces, a big resident only dog park, 24 hour gym, beautiful pool, and free coffee, drinks, and internet in the main office. one dog or cat is fine, two may be a bit too much if small. garbage is put in a bin directly outside the apartment door and it is picked up 5 days a week!i am one street away from biscayne, so you have access to us1 and less than 10 minutes from 95 if you choose to take the highway. less than 5 minutes from two publixs, and whole foods is literally right outside the apartment complex, you can walk.
*my roommate is almost never home, she works 7-6 and is usually gone on the weekends and at her boyfriend after work. the apartment is practically yours.
rent is $990/mo + $30/mo renters insurance + $30mo internet + (average) $35 for electric. there is a lot of natural lighting so you won't need to run many lights. if interested, text me for photos.
