i'm a female living in an apartment style condo in north liberty and i am looking to rent out my second room starting in june. along with the room you would get your private bathroom. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans as well as dishes and silverware and would be available for your use if wanted. washer and dryer are in our unit, very convenient! the neighborhood is pretty quiet. i do have a cat that would be living with us. she tends to leave my current roommate alone when she is home. i would prefer no animals because of the cat i already have but it is negotiable. i am asking for a deposit of 650. if rent is payed monthly and no severe damage occurs to your room or bathroom then you would get your 650 back. i would also ask for a lease to be signed and this would be based monthly meaning if you wanted to move out only a months notice would need to be given. utilities are included in the price. internet and dish television are provided. i am pretty laid back person easy to get along with. i am putting up pictures of the condo before i bought it so the decoration is different but the space is the important part. any questions feel free to contact me. i am very flexible and willing to negotiate most things!
