hi i'm looking for a woman to share a large 3 bedroom townhouse with my 14 year old daughter and i. you will share a bathroom with my daughter but she's only here on the weekends so it's basically going to be yours and the rest of the house will be accessible to you. i'm not charging anything for utilities just first and last. just know i've got two young cats they're playful but not overwhelming by any means and i don't allow them in the bedrooms. i will ask that you help with the general cleaning but i would never ask you to do anything i wasn't fully prepared to do myself. thank you, allen
