we have a small room for rent near the aliante area (craig and simmons). it will have its own bathroom that is located right outside the hallway.it is my brother and i in the home, very quiet. $450 includes own bathroom, wifi, cable, use of facilities (washer, dryer, kitchen etc). this is for one person, if a couple would like to move in it will be $500.
we welcome everyone, however no drugs or illegal activity. looking for someone mature with income to actually pay consistently.
will need first month rent and $275 security deposit.
