we're looking for someone to rent a master bedroom in noho, lease starts april 1 and goes for 12 months. feel free to look up the building online: the social in noho. it's a two bedroom penthouse with a loft and balcony. beautiful views too. you'd be living with me and my boyfriend (we're taking the smaller bedroom) and another fellow (he'll be living in the loft). i've been here for a couple of weeks and i really like it. sorry it looks a bit messy and cluttered in the pics, some people are moving out and in and around. i don't have any pictures of the master bedroom but i can promise it's plenty big and comes with its own bathroom. the room is great for one or two people.washer/dryer in our unit! no quarters necessary!
small dogs and cats ok. there's a pet deposit tho.
