this 2 bedroom apartment is in the north hollywood (noho) arts district, walking distance of the metro redline (one stop away from universal studios and two stops away from the chinese theatre) and orangeline bus. freeway access to the 170, 134 and 101 are also closeby, as well as shops, art galleries, theatres, and various eateries. your car can park in the underground garage safely. there is also a hottub out in back. i have a cat named doctor gonzo who is very lax. i clean up and appreciate the same reciprocation. iam usually playing keyboards (quietly) for my duran duran tribute band, painting on the balcony, editing movies, or playing my guitar during daylight hours. i like to brainstorm with open minds. the television is not hooked up to cable. if you prefer to have cable we can discuss it. your bedroom has two closets. the hallway has more storage space near the bathroom. as this is becoming a more trendy/hip area to live, some of the nearby apartment complexes are charging between $1200 and $2000 for one bedroom!?
