i have a two bedroom two bath apartment located two blocks from the no ho arts district in los angeles.

you will have a bedroom and bathroom to yourself. the room currently has a futon and desk in the room. if you have your own bed that is fine, i can just move the futon out. the rental includes utilities (internet, gas, electric and central air). i do not have cable but can stream from my apple tv (netflix, hulu, hbo and showtime). we will share living room and kitchen. street parking in safe neighborhood. laundry room in building. street parking which is plentiful.
two blocks walking distance to metro red line (subway) and lots of shops, restaurants and a movie theatre.

i am a professional filmmaker who works on the road a lot. i am searching for female preferably in their 30's, non-smoker with no pets. rent is monthly, no deposit required. ideally you will stay to february of 2016 but will consider temporary rentals.
