my boyfriend and i live in a three bedroom, one bathroom home in north charleston. it is right off of ashley phosphate, but i promise we have not had any trouble with theft or crime in our neighborhood. it is a quiet neighborhood. my boyfriend works a regular 9-5 job. we have one dog who is 24 pounds and an old cranky man so we do not want additional cats or dogs at this time. caged pets are okay. we have two extra bedrooms and are looking to rent one of them out. we are not asking that you sign a lease, but are open to the option if you would like for security purposes. we are currently on a 12 month lease that is up at the end of may 2018. if all goes well, you can take over the lease for us at that time, or we can all part ways. we are extremely clean, and like to keep the house clean and organized within reason. we love to cook so the kitchen tends to be the largest place of disaster, which we let slide because we do not have a dishwasher. we have washer/dryer hookups, but no washer or dryer. we are a pretty chill, young couple, who like to have fun, but still be responsible adults. we have enough extra furniture to furnish a room for you if you would like, or we can clean the room out for you. we have a large fenced in backyard. we garden so we will have vegetables in the back for the fall/winter season. we both love to be outside, but we also enjoy our time home together. he will be in school this coming fall, and who knows where i will be. feel free to email me with any question you may have, i am sure i missed a lot in this post, whether they be personal or business related. asking 650 a month, utilities included. we have cable and wifi. we would be more than willing to share the third bedroom with you as well. we currently use it as our hobby room as well as our catch-all room. we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible but will reserve the room for first and last month's rent.
