we are an engaged couple in our mid twenties looking to rent out our extra room in our 2 bedroom apartment. the flats at mixson is a brand new community. residents have access to a pool and fitness center. we have a new washer and dryer in our unit. you would have a private bedroom (unfurnished) and access to your own bathroom. rent would be $700 a month with all utilities included. (wireless internet and cable also provided). 1250 square feet, 2 stories. we are on the third floor. plenty of parking available. located minutes from the charming park circle area. plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. also very close to i-26 and i-526. our lease runs through september.

we are very laid back, clean, considerate and friendly. looking for someone who is responsible, doesn't smoke or use drugs. please contact if interested or if you have any questions! we would love to have someone march 1st!
