utilities included in price. $600 for first room, $650 for room with walk-in closet.looking for two roommates to share a recently renovated condo in north bethesda. condo is currently occupied by another tenant, this person will be moving out at the end of the month. target move-in date is late april/ may 1st.
common areas will be furnished (not shown in pictures). condo has 1.5 bathrooms, so shower will be shared between all three people. both available bedrooms have recessed lighting, a big window and closet space (one has walk-in closet). entire condo was painted and carpet replaced about six months ago, is very clean. new stainless steel oven and microwave installed at same time, along with lights, fan, and window treatments. first floor unit with large patio area. utilities included in price. $100 move in fee (per person) covers parking permit for off-street parking. no laundry in unit, but machines are in basement of building close by. no pets allowed.
within a mile of white flint metro, twinbrook metro , target, giant, starbucks, and many other restaurants/ shops. about 7 miles to downtown bethesda and about 13 miles to downtown dc.
roommate #1 (me) is a male in his early 30s, very laidback and easy to get along with. open to either gender roommates, any age. looking for friendly working professionals.
