private bedroom with private bath available. both bedroom and bath are unfurnished. rent is $800 and does not include utilities. i'm uncertain what utilities would cost as it is my first month here, but everything should be under $1000/month. the rest of the apartment is completely furnished. there is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. there is also a balcony with a lot of room for seating. pets are negotiable. i currently have two cats. i'm looking for a roommate that is clean and will pick up after themselves. i would also like someone that is easy to get a long with. we by no means have to be best friends but it would be nice to have someone that is willing to hang out and be social. the apartment complex is gated and makes you feel really safe. there are plenty of parking options and public transportation is easily accessible. it's about a 15 minute walk to the white flint metro and there are many bus stops along the way. it's roughly a 30 minute train ride into the heart of dc. across the street is a giant, target and starbucks. there are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance of the apartment.
