i have one room opening up $500. common rooms are fully furnished. 65 inch 4k smart tv, xbox one, wii u, klipsch speaker system, entertainment center, leather couch and chair, brand new washer/dryer, full kitchen with bar, outdoor patio with table, chairs and umbrella, fire pit. storm shelter in the 2 car garage. brand new house in 2012. you'd have a room and full bath (shared) and use of the office/workout room. my ideal tenant would be grad students who are looking to do well at school and are past the crazy college life stage. :) it's a great location not too far from campus but not too close about a 7 minute drive. nice neighborhood and with a park and running trails just outside the entrance. i have 2 dogs, rufus and winston, their main jobs are to sleep all day. each renter will pay 1/3 of bills. for my current roommates it averages about $100 on top of the rent. we have high speed internet and access to hulu, neflix and hbo go. i take care of the lawn.
