my previous roommate lost her job and needed to move out suddenly, so i am looking for a replacement. the apartment is very large and i keep it pretty clean. there is plenty of parking available in the lot. the washer and dryer in the unit are very convenient! the available bedroom is huge. the entire apartment is furnished, with the exception of the available bedroom. however, i can provide a bed and dresser if you need one. i also have anything you would need for living here, such as towels, dishes, etc. the room has a comcast digital cable box hooked up. there is a home phone line and high-speed wireless internet. i also have netflix thru my wii in the living room for unlimited movies! there is a patio, which is where i'd ask you to go if you smoke, as i don't allow cigarette smoking in the apartment.

i am a senior french major at isu and tend not to have parties or many guests at the apartment. i do have overnight visitors occasionally. i love to cook and usually make more food than i need, so i love to share! i have 2 mini turtles in a nice aquarium setup -- they are only the size of quarters! i also have a very friendly hamster in a cage i keep very clean.

the utilities are not included, but i do what i can to keep the bills down...including having negotiated with comcast for a lower bill.

immediate move-in is possible, and you wouldn't have to pay rent until february 1st!
