the downstairs has a compact style kitchen with pantry, a good sized living room and a half bath. the upstairs has both bedrooms, the one for rent faces the u high soccer field. the bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill full bathroom. each bedroom has a sink and mirror and two closets. there is also a compact washer and dryer combo in the hallway between the two bedrooms. the rent does not include utilities which will be split 50/50 my roommate and my most recent bills were electric: $38 water: $42 (we fixed a leak this month though so hopefully this will go down) gas: $21 internet: 19.99 (25mbs, this will have to be renegotiated next month) i'm looking for a roommate so that my current one can move in with her boyfriend. i'm above average in cleanliness, but far from a neat freak. i work 45+hrs/week and am a full time student at heartland (but i'm online this semester). i'm very respectful of other peoples property, but very willing to share my own. i drink on occasion but rarely get drunk, i use an electronic cigarette, but don't smoke tobacco or use any drugs. i'm very relaxed, happy, and open minded person and have no interest in pushing any of my beliefs or values on other people or telling people how to live there lives. if you want to be friends then we will be, if you want to be left alone that is fine too. i'm not a very masculine guy so most of my friends are, and i tend to get along best with, women. i do get along with other guys though, i just can't hold a conversation on sports, motorcycles, or other typical guy stuff. i'm open to just about anyone as a roommate. i asked my roommate to write a little bit about me and she wrote "smart caring open minded guy. always there and willing to help and a great listener."
