looking for a roommate to share house in noblesville. the home is located just off greenfield and marilyn close to verizon music center, highway 69, and also state road 37.the home is brand new and fully furnished. (full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer)
what i am looking for in a roommate: non-smoker and no pets must be neat clean and trustworthy male or female doesn't matter to me
you will have your own room, (10' x 12') full bath, and use of the rest of the house, yard, and parking space in the garage.
i am a 24 y/o guy who works retail hours so i'm always in and out and would love to have someone to hangout with in my free time.
you must have full time employment, (verifiable) references, and a clean criminal record. if you have drama in your life, crazy ex's, or substance abuse problems, do not bother to apply. . .i will do a background report.
you pay for the background check, which is refunded if you end up living here.
the rent is $450.00 per month, utilities are included in that price. the first and last months rent and $250.00 damage deposit (damage deposit is refundable upon move out) is due at move in time.
