i am looking for someone to rent out the 3rd bedroom in the 3 bedroom house i'm currently living in. the unit is located on the first floor of a two family house in downtown newport; fully furnished, except for the bedroom for rent, plenty of space, with a fully functioning washer and dryer in the basement, solely designated for our unit. the rent is $600 a month plus utilities, which are very manageable. the other tenant and myself are looking for someone to move in asap. you must be willing to sign a year lease (september 2015-september 2016), to pay first and last months rent upon signing the lease and definitely must be able to commit to the room by friday, september 18th (however, this doesn't mean you have to pay by friday, just be able to sit down and meet the landlord). in addition, i have a 3 year old, extremely friendly and well behaved lab mix. if you're not a dog person, this might not be the place for you because he loves to hangout with people. we are easy going ladies (college graduates) looking for a third person to complete the house! if you're interested please shoot me an email giving me some brief information about yourself and your interest in the room, along with questions you might have. thanks so much!
