i have a small room for rent. my house is 1100sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath. i'm a 30yr single male. the second room is being rented by a single 55yr woman. you would be sharing the bathroom with her. we keep the house very clean, so the same would be expected of your. we share the living room, kitchen and laundry room. my house was remodeled 2 yrs ago. all appliances are new. i pay for the trash, electricity, and direct tv. your room is wired for tv but it is a 100 dollar fee for direct tv to come out and install and program the box. there is a small shed for storage.
