approximately 14x8 private room, semi furnished room (dresser available if wanted), with closet and 2 large windows. apartment is a third floor walk-up. has shared bathroom (includes washer/dryer), kitchen and living room. other two rooms housed by 25/m engineering student at njit and 23/f music graduate student at william paterson university who works full-time in nyc. rent is $380 a month plus $100 in utilities. utilities includes heat, electricity, cable, and internet. parking is included in rent. there is an attached gated parking lot. located in a safe neighborhood within university heights. walking distance to many of the local colleges, rutgers, njitect. it a 5 min walk to broad st. rail station with direct service to nyc. also walking distance to light rail that can take you to newark penn station with access to path and amtrak.
looking for someone to move in asap. student preferred. to move in you must have first months rent plus a $600 security deposit. length of stay is flexible.
