i have to move at the end of the year and am looking for my replacement. i’m sorry to leave, as it’s a great location, great price, and great roommate. great place to live, and it’s close to everything if you’re a university of delaware student. i hope to fill the space – please contact me with questions.you will have two generously sized rooms. i’ve kept my bed, shelves, dresser, tv, and desk in one room and the 2nd room is used for storage, an extra desk, and my treadmill. this is a great situation if you want to have one room as your office and the other as your bedroom. in the bedroom there is a big set in-closet as well as a small set in shelf area that provides additional storage space. the 2nd room also has a closet. both room are very bright and sunny. i’m offering my half-bunk bed that fits a dresser under it nicely, which gives you even more space in the room.
it’s a two-story apartment with three rooms and a bathroom upstairs and a kitchen, laundry room, and living room downstairs. the living spaces, aside from your two rooms, are shared. the kitchen is huge and provides a lot of storage space – great if you like to cook! the living room is spacious. also, there is a nice big backyard that is good for grilling (we have a bbq) and hanging out with friends. the back of the house also has a shed for lots of storage space! we keep our bikes there, which is very handy.
