(http://www.midatlanticrealtyco.com/comm_rockwood.php). rent is $490/month, which includes trash and water. utilities run about $50-100/month, depending on the season and the weather. the apartment is set up with wifi and cable tv (boxes in the living room and each of the bedrooms). the unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, a patio, gym membership, pool membership and free printing/wifi in the clubhouse. pictures are available on the website i posted above. the apartment is 3 beds and 3 baths and 1400 square feet total. the available bedroom is the largest of the three, has a private bath and two large closets. the unit is brand new, the leasing company installed new carpets and applied fresh paint before we moved in.10 minutes from the christiana mall, lots of shopping (lowe's, grocery stores, food, etc) within 5 minutes. 10 minutes from route 95!
i currently live in the room that is available. i am a student but have decided to move home, and i need to find someone to take over my portion of the lease. the two other girls in the house are also students and are very nice and friendly! the other girls prefer another student to come in as their new roommate, as they will need someone else who appreciates quiet studying time.
