the apartment is 4 rooms, 2 full bathrooms with all the utilities (washing machines, dish washer, internet, cable...) and is located near columbia university (105th street), central park and the subway !!
the ideal renting period would be from january to may 2010
the roommates are 2 girls 1 guy foreigners clean, quite and really cool !
