hardwood floors that shine like glass and good natural daylight.
the heat here is cranked up so you may need to keep the bedroom window open.
no pets-this not negotiable because i am allergic.
common areas must always remain immaculate.
use of kitchen, living and dining rooms. share bathroom (i did mention that cleanliness is important!!)
we will mind our own business and expect you to do the same.
overnight company is fine but an unexpected/undiscussed additional roommate will not be tolerated! seriously.
