hey there,my name is helena, i have a 2bedroom in a new and well maintained building that i'm renting out one bedroom asap. it's located on the upper east side close to the 6 train.
i'm a full time student in my mid 20's, a very humble, calm and a "not-noisy" individual.
your potential room has a bed, television, in-built closet, a chest of drawers and a large window for plenty of sunlight.
we have a live-in super, laundry facility on site, backyard, dishwasher and microwave and it's also an elevator building. its a great location and meets your specifications.
