we are looking for a third roommate to occupy 1 bedroom in our 3-br apt share. the room is available beginning february 29th.the room:
it's 14 x 9. it has a large closet with shelving inside the closet. currently it can fit a queen size bed, a large chair and dresser/entertainment unit. the room does not have windows. it has a faux window that opens into an breezeway. the room boasts very high ceilings.
our neighborhood:
our apartment is located on the upper east side in the 80's off of york avenue. it is about 10-15 minute walk to the 4/5/6 train, and there are many buses that run along our streets. there is a laundry mat across the street, there are many restaurants, shops, banks, and grocery stores. (we are located a block away from d'agastino's, duane reade, cvs, multiple nail salons and cute shops) we are 1 block to the east river. one of the nice things about our neighborhood is that it is quiet, but easy to get to get to places that are loud and fun.
about us:
we are two women in our mid-twenties (27-28). we are employed. we are responsible and respectful of each others space. neither of us smoke or do drugs.
you:
we are preferably looking for a female. we ask that you be on time with payments like electricity/cable and of course rent. have a stable and steady job. no smoking, definitely no drugs, and no pets, unless you want a gold fish. imaginary pets are welcomed. please keep the common areas clean. if you have a significant other, that's awesome, we're both happy for you ...we hope you'll be spending more time at their place than they do at ours. (we're really only looking for a third roommate not a third and fourth--but occasional sleepovers are fine)
