we are looking for someone laid back, considerate, and intelligent. 23 to 33 years old.the apartment is in sunnyside queens, but its really cheap, safe, and convenient (voted the no. 3 neighborhood to live in nyc by new york magazine). its a 15 min direct subway ride from midtown and a 20 minute bus ride to williamsburg.
the room has a bed and a desk w/chair. bout 10x10 feet, has a closet. 4 solid walls.
there are 2 of us in the apartment now, were buddies from college. we are both film majors. were are both real relaxed and dare i say, interesting people. im a teacher, he works in an office and goes to school.
we have a tv with digital cable and dvr and a ps2 with a bunch of games in the living room. fully stocked kitchen and fully functioning bathroom.
