i'm a medical doctor and the owner of this apartment. it is one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with living room, dining room and kitchen. i'm willing to give out the apartment for $1200 per month
as i'm not after money for the rent but want it occupied and clean always. i stay very close to the apartment. you will stay alone in the apartment.

this apartment extends from 34th street to central park south between first and eighth avenues, is manhattan's main business, commercial and shopping district. many famous landmarks are here, including the empire state building,the chrysler building and rockefeller center.
other attractions include the united nations, the museum of modern art, the new york public library, the pierpont morgan library, the museum of television and radio, and st. patrick's cathedral.
