do you jog? bike? love nature. then check this out. the room is 10x14 in a massive park/river view apartment. in addition to your own bedroom (furnished or unfurnished), there is an additional adjacent room that is ideal for your own study/living room area with tv. $750 includes all utilities (gas, heat, wi-fi, electric). the entire apartment is 7 rooms, and the room being offered has a ton of sunlight and a view of the park. we are out of town many weekends (and some weeks), so the whole place will be yours during those times.

photos show part of the room, (my camera can't shoot the whole thing) and the view from the apartment last fall. you must be cat friendly as there are two currently living here. elevator building with brand new laundry in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. there are two full bathrooms; arrangements to be discussed. convenient to 1 and a trains. must be employed or full-time student. six months minimum stay. available immediately. please, non-smokers only.
