$1175 professional roommate wanted for 4bdr apt - august 1 move in (upper east side)about us:
-female working professionals with work schedules and prefer someone who is similar
-easy going and fun - we get along with almost anybody who is clean, respectful and enjoys a good laugh
-like to watch sports as well as cheesy sitcoms and trashy reality tv (on occasion)
-keep it relatively low key during the week but enjoy going out on the weekends
-4/20 friendly
about you:
-respectful of the common area and keeping things clean
-enjoys having a drink on weeknights, but not staying up/out till 1am everyday and disrespecting or disrupting the other roommates
-personable, easy going and fun
-no pets (fish are ok)
about the apartment & location:
-3 blocks from the 4,5,6 train @ 86th street stop
-4 bedroom, 2 bath, doorman building, laundry on each floor, gym & pool in building (extra fee)
-master bedroom (great size) available with bathroom inside the bedroom which will have to be shared with another roommate
-lots of closet/storage space
-4/20 friendly
- master bedroom: $1175 (plus utilities/additional expenses that average about $70 - 80 per month).
