this 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the historic lower east side. it is a colorful, vibrant, very safe area. the neighborhood is full of so many restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries, museums. very near (a 1 minute walk to) the subway/metro. you will not be disappointed. the entire apartment (not shared!) comes with everything you need: wifi/internet access; fresh sheets for the two beds (the sofa can be converted to a bed for additional sleeping); fresh towels; all kitchen supplies (including microwave, toaster, coffee maker). everything is brand new furnished! that means no bed bugs!! be a part of new york city history: historic building dating back over 100 years; original nyc construction!
- two bedrooms with comfortable new full-sized (double) beds in each; clean sheets and pillows. the bedrooms are small, but are equipped with ample shelving and closet space. the bedrooms are separated by the living room, so they do not share a common wall.
- new sofa that converts to a full-sized bed.
- brand new sharp aqous flat-panel tv, plus basic cable channels.
- wifi wireless internet (free!).
- laptop provided (free); apple ipad is available for daily rental.
- basic kitchen, including new microwave oven, new coffee maker, new dishes, cups, silverware, pots, pans, everything. the kitchen is also small.
- basic bathroom, with shower/tub and toilet, but no sink; you must use the kitchen sink that is located next to the bathroom.
- on 1st floor of building (one floor above the ground floor); no elevator.
