the apartment:
the newly-renovated apartment is located on the first and basement level of a beautiful walk up building. the building is super clean and there is access to laundry from the apartment. the apartment is located at 165 e 83rd street between 3rd and lex. the kitchen is newly renovated with stainless appliances and plent of room to cook. there are two bathrooms in the apartment, the one you’ll be using is the size of a bedroom and has double sinks and plenty of storage.
the neighborhood:
with the apartment on 83rd and 3rd, it is only a few blocks away from
great restaurants, bars, the metropolitan museum of art and central
park. the apartment is only a few blocks away from the 77th st (6) and
the 86th street (4/5/6) stations.

your roommates:
-30 y/o male from philadelphia originally. i’ve lived in the city a little over a year now and am loving it! i work in sales and love exploring the city and being social. oh and i am into guys so i hope that’s not an issue! ;-)
-26 y/o female originally from upstate ny. she is a scientist for phizer and is a lot of fun and outgoing.
we are looking for another professional female who is clean, fun and responsible. the perfect person would be in her mid 20’s to her early 30’s. we’d be happy to share linked in info so you can check us out and then if we click we could go out for a drink and see if it’s a good fit!
