we have one room in our beautiful 3bed/2bath apartment available starting july 1. we have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in our apartment, and it's an elevator building.your room fits a double bed with plenty of extra room, but a queen would also fit. it has a window and a fairly large closet. you'd be sharing a bathroom with one of us (she keeps the bathroom clean and is low-maintenance so not a bathroom hog).
we're on 100th st, so we're technically a few streets north of the ues, but our area is very nice and very safe. we're close to the 6 train at 96th. we're close to several drug stores, a real grocery store, restaurants and delis.
about us: two young professional females. one of us is in advertising and works a typical 9-6 schedule. the other is a nurse and has varying hours. one of us mainly keeps to herself; the other likes to hang out in the living room watching tv/reading/etc.
important: i have a black lab, so you must like dogs!! she's allowed in my room and the living room, but she's trained to not go into the other bedrooms. we'll consider your pets on an individual basis.
you must be willing to be on the lease, and our management company wants it signed by may 1, so we're on a tight schedule. showing immediately.
