three month short-term share is available in a spacious, 1 bedroom apartment on the upper west side, located below 90th street, between riverside dr. and broadway. you would be renting the bedroom in a lovely apartment with 12 foot high ceilings and a brick fireplace. the room is 8 x 11, has lots of natural light with two large windows. the bedroom is unfurnished, so you will need to have an inflatable mattress or futon. i will sleep in the living room. the apartment and the neighborhood is great! a nonsmoker is preferred, and please be someone who is responsible, considerate, willing to do your share of cleaning, and on the quiet side. i am all of these things.

given the arrangement, no overnight guests or bringing the party home types. utilities are generally $100 per month, (with ac in the summer, it can be higher) and a reasonable security deposit will be required. an early june move-in date is ideal. when responding to the ad, please include your telephone number. if things go well and we’re compatible, there is the possibility to stay for a longer time.
