available july 1, we have a unfurnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment. bedroom is newly renovated, not furnished. this is a pvt bedroom, the room can be easily fitted with one queen size bed, dressers, and desks and have one decent sized closet.this two-floor duplex apt is located on the corner of prince street and elizabeth street.
as for the kitchen, it's located of the bottom floor. all appliances are brand new and high end stainless steel.
there will be 3 other people living in this duplex. one in each other room and one in the living room.
you will have roof access to the building, which has an excellent view of soho.
