apartments is on astoria/long island city boarder. subways accessible: n&q (10 min walk), f, 7, e, m via q100, q69 (10 mins by q100 or q69 to these lines).a gay professional, down to earth, low key couple with spacious 2 bedroom apartment on astoria/long island city boarder looking to rent out our cute m private furnished guest room (includes double bed - can not be furnished if you prefer. this comes with your own private full bathroom (there are 2 full bathrooms in apartment), full closet in room with room for clothes and storage. you can have guests and occasional low key party for special occasions, new years, birthday, etc. we are looking for roommate to friend option or just roommate if you prefer. this includes full access to living room with cable, kitchen, dining room, wi-fi internet access. apartment is also professionally cleaned by our cleaning lady every 2 weeks, so apartment is always clean. this is included in your rent.
