looking for roommate, age 30s only please, no couples, non-smoker. should be employed f/t and be able to pass credit check. no pets, no drama, no hard drugs. you should like to keep kitchen, bathroom and common areas clean/neat.

very large 12 x 10-1/2 queen sized bedroom, fits a dresser, night stand, tv, etc. easily plus 2 large closets (1 walk-in) and a spare bonus room about 6 x 8 that you can use as a 2nd closet or for more of your stuff (see floorplan)!

building includes all amenities - elevator, laundry, package service, gym, lounge, cafe, etc.

all utilities (electric, gas & internet) we split 50/50. note: electric is capped at only $37/mo regardless of use! this is like $10-200 off the rent in the summertime if you run the a/c often. 1st + security to move in.
