hello everyone, i have to leave my room due to work (going back to france); so i am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease (6 months) in this very big apartment. move in on april 1st or couple of days before if needed. no broker fee.room details:
large master bedroom 16'9x11 (184 sq ft -- 17 m2) with private bathroom in large 4-bedroom apartment (3-bedroom converted into 4) in kips bay. 30th floor, beautiful view of downtown, up fdr and the east river. the room has very big closets that will fit everything you need. a/c and heat in room, control separately.
nice amenities:

gym with pool
grocery store
sundeck
dry-cleaners
weekdays free shuttle to and from grand central station and union square. . .
i already paid for the annual gym membership at the gym, which is a 3-story gym with an indoor pool so you can use that for the next 6 months.
roommates:
there are three male roommates, all mid-20's and working in various environments with classic hours. roommates are quiet, respectful, friendly, easy-going, responsible, and financially stable.
you:
mid/late twenties
being social is great, but please don't bring the party home with you
prepared to sign a 6 months lease (october 1st)
must have base salary of at least 50k

rent:
rent is $1675 a month + electric + internet (fios internet is split 4 ways and comes to $56/month; so $14/person). electric runs between 10 to 50 a month, depending on the a/c usage.
there will be an application fee of $75 and you have to make at least $50,000 a year to get approved.
15 minutes walk to l, 6, n, q and r trains, m34a sbs right outside of the building, m15 sbs 5 minutes walk.
