hi there!i'm moving out of my apartment so i'm looking for someone to take my place on the lease- current lease is up at the end of april. i would like to sublet my room till then. the rent when you sign will be $1725. guarantors are welcome.
about the other roommate : you will be living with a professional female in her early 20s. she is very friendly and respectful. i've lived with her for 2.5 years now and had 0 issues. she tends to travel a lot , so you will also have the place to yourself occasionally.
about the apartment/neighborhood : 2 bed/1 bath with an eat in kitchen conveniently located about 5 min away from the 6 train stop at 77th and lexington. a duane reade +gym+ other stores located less than a block away. there is a bodega across the street as well as dry cleaner's/tailor. parking is available next door. you will be a few block away from museums and central park. many good restaurants around! the neighborhood is extremely safe. about 3 blocks up from the east river run.
about the room: private, spacious room with good sunlight and ample amounts of storage (2 closets)
