we're looking for a clean, friendly, responsible, respectful, and laid back sort to fill a room that is immediately available. long term tenants preferred. nonsmokers only please. the room is partially furnished with a very nice queen bed (with tons of drawer storage underneath) as well as a desk.it is a 4-person apartment. you'll be living with 1 actor and 2 9-5'ers. all of us work and are friendly, clean, and respectful.
great location and amenities:
-1 block (1 minute walk) to the 1 train, 2 avenues (7 minute walk) to the a,b,c,d trains (a and d run express). 15-20 minute train ride to midtown.
-laundry is one floor down in the building and cheap.
-banks, food, groceries, a ton of cool new pubs and coffee shops all within a block or two. it's a very up-and-coming neighborhood.
-1 block from beautiful riverbank state park on the hudson, as well as riverside park itself.
-the room is very spacious, about 11' x 13' plus two closets.
-the apartment refinished and huge with furnished communal living areas, including a work-out room and a living room.
-there is plenty of personal cabinet space and shelf space in the kitchen and bathroom for your things.
