the apartment: nice apartment (5th floor and no elevator) in the upper west side (105th street and central park west). it's a big 4 bedrooms (1194 sqft) (only 1 room to rent) with 2 bathrooms. great : private roof top !!!!!!! 2 blocks away from the b,c train and the m10 bus.the whole apartment is fully furnished:
- kitchen : dishwasher, fridge. . ..
- living room : sofa bed (if you have guests), tv. . ..
- washing machine and dryer inside the apartment
- the available bedroom : full bed (2 people), desk, a private closet
- roof top : chairs, barbecue and a great view
about us :
we are 2 french students studying at nyit and 1 american studying at sva. we are renting the apartment until may 2012 so we would like to find someone from january 1st to may 2012 (maybe longer ?)
we are 1 female aged of 24 and 2 males both 22.
we are fun, nice, down to earth, clean, easy going and love to meet new people all the time, and very open minded. . . to sum up, the best roommates ever.
about you :
american/british/australian female (because we want to improve our english), can be a smoker (but on the rooftop) and just be yourself as long as you are clean, nice, cool !!!!
price : 1180$ per month + shared electricity, gas,(approximetly $60) and internet ($10). hot water is included.
