hi i am looking for a new roomate as mine is moving soon. we share a two bedroom apt . one of three in an old house in new richmond. rent is $525. this includes utilities. looking for someone trustworthy, clean and with no drama. i work most nights and weekends so am not here alot. and i can sleep through most anything when i am here. there is one bathroom to share and a large kitchen and dining room also a full livingroom and lots of storage space. also a full deck outside the diningroom and i hear we will be getting a new roof soon. no pets please and if u smoke please be discrete and only outside please.
