located only two blocks off magazine and within walking distance to starbucks, bars, shops, and a bus stop. room is in a 2100sq ft house, complete with washer and dryer, central a/c, alarm system, full kitchen, dishwasher, and cable/wifi. the house is furnished but the rented room will need to be furnished by renter, save a large floor rug we will provide, if wanted. renter would have their own shower.

built in 1890, the house still has the original hardwood floors throughout, as well as original windows and doors. 13 foot ceilings as well as ceiling fans. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath.

rent is $700 a month, utilities ranging from $100-$200 a month, for electric, cable, and wifi. landlord pays for pest control, alarm system, trash, and water. the original lease will be 6 months and $700 security deposit expected before move in date. the room is available now.

i am a 30-year-old female and i currently go to school and work as a nanny. i am looking for what i suppose all people are looking for in a roommate, and that is someone who is clean and pays the rent on time! what you can expect from me is that i will keep our shared spaces clean and respect your things, as well as your privacy. also, i am looking only for a female roommate only. sorry guys!
